Mark Sage has a real depth of legal expertise and has earned an enviable reputation for being fair, measured and sensible. He joined The Family Law practice in 2021, bringing with him extensive experience and insight from his time with national law firm TLT LLP.
A Chartered Legal Executive and trained collaborative lawyer, Mark advises high-net-worth clients on their financial picture following divorce, separation or dissolution. He is also seasoned in helping them protect their wealth through robust pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
As a member of Resolution, Mark promotes a non-confrontational approach to managing cases – preferring negotiation over conflict. And always with one eye on finding the most cost-effective route. So maybe it’s no surprise that Legal 500 lists him as a “Next Generation Partner”.
Mark heads up the Bath office and has wide connections to the area with many of his clients emanating from Bath and surrounding towns such as Bradford on Avon, Frome, Wells and Keynsham.
